At Fab house, we create custom, perishable items with care and precision. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom Cakes & Perishables: What You Need to Know

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Perishable items (cakes, desserts, chocolates, etc.)
  • Custom orders made specifically for you
  • Wholesale or large event-based orders

All sales are final once confirmed and prepared.

What to Do with Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged (due to transit or handling issues, not customer-related), please contact us within 1 hour of delivery with clear photographs of the item. Once reviewed and confirmed by our team, we will offer either:

  • A replacement item (subject to availability), or
  • A refund to your original payment method, at our discretion.

Please note: The replacement item may not be an exact replica due to seasonal availability and design variation.

Non-Returnable Products: What You Need to Know

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Any request made more than 1 hour after purchase or delivery
  • Gift cards
  • Items not in original condition, damaged due to customer handling
